after reading the reviews I wasn't sure if I should order, but I looked at all the reviews written in 2009/2010 and they were great....I agree. They were laminated and exactly what I was looking for. Great maps for money spent.

much bigger than i thought
I don't believe the description included the exact dimensions. I was surprised to find out the maps were so large (approximately 30 x 50). Also, I was expecting one of those stiff laminated maps you can find in school rooms. These are very flimsy. That being said, the fact that the US map has smaller city maps at the bottom and the world map has the flags are definite pluses. The size of the maps makes it easier to pinpoint smaller towns, which is great for showing my young children where we are travelling at a given time. overall, it was a good buy.

I love these maps! They are laminated and easy to place on the walls. I used the command strips and so far it works great. Awesome price for the quality.
